Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Items such as custom-made, personalized, or clearance products are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service for safety.
